Thank you for shopping at www.dadubadu.com. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to help guide you through our refund and return process.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as [Sales Items & custom products, etc.]. If an item is not eligible for return, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@dadubadu.com or Fill the return form below within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  5. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • If your return is approved, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • If your return is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. This does not include shipping fees, which are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and processing time.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if:
    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • If the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@dadubadu.com to initiate the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dadubadu.com with a photo of the damage items.

We will provide a return label for the damaged item and issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the processing time for shipments.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dadubadu.com. Include your order number and request for cancellation.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
